Different devices, different selection of songs, podcasts etc

i have marked some of my podcasts as "save" but I only want to save on my PC as I have room there, but it's saved on my iPad Which doesn't have much room. Is there a way of saving podcast that I've downloaded, but ONLY on my desktop. These podcasts are no longer avail from any cloud thus my desire to save them within my iTunes application for future re-listening.
